Terms and Conditions for Acting Classes

By enrolling in the acting classes offered by PMAS, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund Policy
   All payments for acting classes are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the school is at fault (e.g., cancellation of a class by the school). In such cases, a full refund will be provided for the affected class or course. Refunds will not be given under any other circumstances, including for missed classes or withdrawal after the start of the course.

2. Expiration of Classes
   All classes purchased must be used within one year of the date of purchase. After this period, any unused classes will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made.

3. Class Attendance
   It is the responsibility of the student to attend classes as scheduled. The school is not obligated to provide make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions.

4. Transfer of Classes
   Classes are non-transferable and cannot be gifted or shared with others unless otherwise specified by the school.

5. Changes to Schedule
   The school reserves the right to alter class schedules, locations, and instructors. In the event of a schedule change, the student will be notified promptly.

6. Liability Waiver
   By participating in the acting classes, students acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical activities, including the risk of injury. The school will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during class.

7. Code of Conduct
   Students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward instructors, fellow students, and the school property at all times. Any behavior deemed disruptive or disrespectful may result in termination of enrollment without refund.

8. Acceptance of Terms
   By enrolling in the acting classes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
